Fan Casing

After solving the problem of the rapid transfer fan wear, with the use of our Metalizing Technology (Tough Coat Coating), we had to remedy the fan outer casing because the fan was outlasting its housing. For this solution, we used a special steel component in conjunction with the Metalizing process, which outperformed the fan itself.

This further reduces the cost per ton milled.
